Details: Dr. Justin Fontanini was first exposed to the world of natural medicine when he was young. His father had studied various aspects of what is referred to as Alternative medicine. This included Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine, macrobiotics, homeopathy, shiatsu massage, and even herbal medicine from North America. Because of this, Justin was exposed to this way of life at a young age. Having this experience at a young age led him to understand it and explore its nature to a deeper level. He began to needle his family, close friends, and even himself when just 18 years old. His father directed him and guided his understanding, which led to his foundation of today. Justin was taught by his father for years of his youth and then studied his father�s books to deepen his knowledge. At the age of 22, Justin moved to Florida to study medicine even more. Being the youngest of his whole school, Justin began to study the most preserved ancient medicine still practiced in the world today. While in Florida, Justin began to study privately under two doctors in Orlando, one from Taiwan and the other from China. While working in their clinic, Justin was exposed to various methods of treatment that were not revealed in his training at school. He continued to follow them and became close friends with both doctors. After a year, another person from Taiwan began to work in the clinic as Justin did. They became close friends and later organized a trip to take 14 other doctors to Beijing to work in the largest army hospital in China. Today, Justin�s training from them has built a foundation he can never forget. Dr. Lichun Huang and Dr. William S. Huang are world famous for teaching a newly evolved branch of Chinese Medicine to doctors throughout the world. This new branch is referred to as Auricular Medicine and was named by Dr. Lichun Huang. Dr. Huang is regarded as the Worlds Premiere Master of Auricular Medicine and wishes to spread it to every corner of the world. Justin received a Master Certificate of Auricular Medicine from them in 2006. He is one of a select group in the whole world who hold�s this recognition from the doctors of the Auricular Medicine International Research and Training Center. In 2004, Justin met another special person in his life that later became the guide that would teach him the true nature of Chinese Medicine. Having 7 generations of Chinese Medicine Doctors in his family, Dr. Zuozhen Wang has been honored and recognized for his wealth of knowledge and experience that began as a young boy. Justin was asked to begin studying with him by his wife while helping them with a small task. Justin accepted and has been a student, colleague and close friend still to this day. Justin graduated from the East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota, Florida where he received his Bachelor�s degree in Health Science and his Masters degree in Oriental Medicine. Justin is board certified by the state of Florida and by NCCAOM. NCCAOM has granted Justin his D.O.M. for fulfilling all requirements set forth by them. Justin is recognized as an Acupuncture Physician, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, and is also a board certified herbal physician. Dr. Fontanini has worked closely with the Auricular Medicine Research and Training Center and was granted an Auricular Medicine Masters Certificate. He has assisted them in research, which was later published as the book Auricular Diagnosis. This is the only book of its kind in the world today. He also assisted in the editing and compilation of another book named Auricular Medicine, The New Era of Medicine and Healing. In the past, Dr. Fontanini assisted with the logistics of the Auricular Medicine seminars for Dr. Lichun Huang and Dr. William S. Huang. He currently teaches a course in Auricular Medicine for Substance Abuse. This class is offered to doctors and acupuncturists in Florida. Dr. Fontanini has also published articles with Dr. Zuozhen Wang in Florida and with other Chinese doctors in China. Justin G.
